Sara Elizabeth

Introducing Sara Elizabeth, named in honor of great aunt Sara Libkin, a true Auntie Mame to our children.  When personality was passed out our Sara got more than her share.  With big blue eyes and an impish smile, she lights up any room she enters.  And that's before she starts to work the crowd!   Sara goes to pre-school a couple of days each week and just started tumbling classes.

April 16 - Today the second grandkid in the family met her future steed, Nutmeg.  Sara and her mom visited Compass Rose Farm for the express purpose of getting to know this really cute, docile pony who promises to introduce young children to the joys of the equine world.  Personally, I love Nutty, and I am convinced that all who get to know her will share my feelings.  She's very sweet, gentle and so far has done absolutely nothing to cause me any concern about her ability to teach young riders, specifically my grandchildren, the basics of horsemanship.  And if anybody is interested, Nutty has the talent to take them to blue ribbons in the hunter arena.  Sara and Nutty bonded immediately since Sara was a masterful groomer (in human speak, message therapist) and learned to use every curry comb and body brush in the tack box to bring out the gleam in Nutty's beautiful coat.  All horse lovers know the way to a horse's  heart is through his stomach, or his body.  Horses are hedonists that love to be pleasured and Sara was the perfect medium!  I have great plans for this duo!  See Sara on Nutty.
