Dave is the first and only heir to the family name from this line of the family.  Needless to say, David thinks this makes him special to Opa and it does.  Men are so vain when it comes to their name, we women are used to abandoning ours.  Being the bearer of such a lofty moniker carries with it a great deal of responsibility.  I'm sure little Dave is up to it although his main interest right now is learning all he can from Buzz Lightyear.

Current Events 2007

David is in his last year of pre-school  He will attend Virginia Run Elementary School next year with his big sister.  David is doing really well in school this year, learning to read and excelling in math.  He can add and subtract faster that Mom!  David reluctantly takes piano lesson once a week.  He is also in Tae Kwon Do school and broke his first wooden boards last week, one with a punch and one with a kick, both on his first try!  He was quite proud of himself.  David loves staying home and playing with his toys more than anything else.  He is an avid Pokemon collector, Lego builder and is a major fan of SpongeBob SquarePants.
